Welcome to Taleju Marketplace ("Taleju", "we", "our", "us"). Taleju operates an online multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers, rental providers, travel agencies, hotels, guides, vehicle dealers, service providers and delivery partners across Nepal.

By creating an account or using talejuhub.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Separate account types exist for buyers, sellers, travel partners, rental providers, vehicle dealers, service providers, delivery partners and Taleju employees, each subject to the applicable section below.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our verification requirements.

Product descriptions, prices and delivery estimates are provided by sellers. Taleju acts as a marketplace intermediary. Orders are confirmed once payment is completed or, for cash-on-delivery items, once the seller accepts the order.

Sellers must complete identity and business verification (including PAN/VAT where applicable) before payouts are enabled. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, lawful ownership of goods, stock levels, pricing, discounts, packaging and timely dispatch.

Prohibited, counterfeit or IP-infringing items may be removed automatically. Repeated violations lead to account suspension. A platform commission applies to each sale and is deducted before payout.

Rental providers, travel agencies, hotels, guides, vehicle dealers and service providers are independent businesses. Verification by Taleju confirms document submission only and is not a guarantee of service quality. Booking, cancellation and refund conditions are shown on each listing.

Prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and may be shown in USD for reference at the displayed exchange rate. Supported payment methods include eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS, cards, PayPal and bank transfer where available. Payment-processing and international fees may apply and are shown at checkout.

Delivery is performed by third-party couriers and Taleju delivery partners. Tracking numbers follow the TEL-YYYY-XXXXXX format. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery, including OTP or photo proof of delivery where used. Return and refund eligibility is described per product and seller policy.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, post false information, manipulate reviews or prices, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Suspected abuse may be reported and investigated.

Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Taleju a license to display it on the Platform. Rights holders may file complaints through our IP complaint page.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Nepal, Taleju is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, third-party sellers, or service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
